ILJ-MI’s Traverse City Office Welcomes Ukrainian Immigrants Eligible for ‘Re-Parole’

The Biden administration announced that Ukrainians who have been paroled into the United States since the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 11, 2022, are now eligible to apply for “re-parole.” If successful, re-parole applicants will be authorized to remain in the United States for an additional two years and will be eligible to apply for employment authorization.
